The Program Structure
Zebulun Primary Care Program Has Three Duration Options:
- Three month
- Six month
- One year (Client has the option of staying on as a volunteer after completion)
Our Program based on a daily structure which aids in the spiritual, physical and emotional wellbeing and growth of the Client.
The routine is structured to reflect outside work pressure and hours to prepare them for a reality of entering the workplace post leaving Zebulun.
The focus of the program is on behavioural improvement and social development with emphasis on self-esteem and respect. Guidance and support are provided in a safe and caring environment in order to encourage the process.
Resident Goals
- The ability to recognise and admit that one is experiencing a problem
- Surrender to the fact that problems exists and a decision to seek control through an outer guide
- Self-observation and awareness of the behaviours that were part of and arose from the problems as well as those that help promote self-restraint.
- A chance to practice that restraint and build self-esteem in one’s positive capabilities
- Achievement of self-acceptance and the ability to change behaviour
